What I'm saying is this, gmod can still be fun if you make it fun. It beats having to listen to people whining and complaining about their respective faction not winning the ultra serious battle for the fate of the world and appealing the PK on their edgy self-insert characters. People are telling interesting stories in a open concept style gamemode even though its subject matter is goofy and silly. Everyone in both these clips is playing their character fully IC despite the jankiness of a schema being held together by melting ice and the limitations of the engine/graphics.
Click to expand.I agree that gmod rp elitism is probably the lamest thing a person can flex but what you're seeing here is people getting together to have a bit of fun without ooc bullshit or repetitive grinding.
